Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation technique that uses body awareness, breath, and visualization to take you to brain wave states similar to those in sleep. The result is deeply restorative healing and relaxation.
This reclined, one-hour practice is perfect for both seasoned and first-time meditators, and is offered monthly at Full Circle Yoga!

Countless studies have shown the benefits yoga and meditation can offer for reducing stress, regulating blood pressure, and reducing the effects of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. First Responders experience trauma on a regular basis and are subject to entering a “fight or flight” state daily, wreaking havoc on the nervous system and the body. These donation-based classes are designed to calm the nervous system, for all first responders, dispatchers, and their friends and relatives.
